Color Tip Tee!

This classic, set in sleeve tee is constructed from the top down. The front and back are knit flat until they’re joined at the underarm and the body is knit in the round. This tee utilizes a short row cap sleeve so there’s no seaming! The garment is finished with colorful twisted rib edgings. If you are familiar with my Dad’s Sweater pattern, the construction is very similar!

A successful sewing project?? From me?? Couldn't be! 😅 Turns out when you slow way down, take your time, and try to actually breathe during the process, it turns out a lot better!

I sewed this half circle skirt following @jaclynsalem's youtube tutorial with some fabric from @wearethefabricstore! It's my second time using this tutorial and I am a big fan!!

I can't believe it's been a month since Flock! I took barely any pictures but just wanted to say what a joy it was (as always) to spend a weekend filled with fiber and friends! It's truly one of my favorite weekends of the year.

This year I'll be spinning a pound of this lovely merino tweed I picked up from #newyorksheepandwool back in 2023! @what.maya.made and I are planning some self-drafted cabled vests this fall 😊

My goals for the tour are:

I hope you're ready for me to never shut up about this yarn ever. My second ever handspun sweater quantity, and I couldn't be more in love. It took me months to spin up and now that I'm done I almost don't want to knit it up because of how much I love it in yarn form!!

I'm planning to make a #DRKTraveler Hoodie by @dreareneeknits along with my Seattle and San Fran buddies! I this yarn is so perfect for a hoodie bc it's both classic grey and colorful and fun 😍

I spun it as a traditional 2-ply with one strand of grey BFL and one strand a @helloyarn Patchwork Kit!

FINALLY got some pics of my #LauderVest I finished last month 🥹

I'm really pleased with how it turned out and I've been wearing it a TON since I finished it! The yarn is part of what makes it so special! It's a possum blend I picked up in New Zealand during my travels last year. I really loved working with it and the resulting fabric feels amazing!

I knit my vest with a bit more ease than intended, and modified the v neck to be about twice as deep. It's exactly the grey cabled vest I was craving! And now I match my buddies @a_knotty_mess and @arieknits 😊

I've been in a bit of a funk getting started on new projects so I decided to cast on something easy, colorful, and fun 😊

Using leftovers from precious projects I've started a #SweetShopBlanket by @_laurapenrose_ and I'm already in love! I'm planning to switch up the direction of the triangles and with no real main color it's gonna be chaotic and wonderful! I'm anticipating this being on the needles for a looooong time but I already know it'll be my favorite blanket once it's done.
